Two Ways to Be Part of Golf History
Join the volunteer team helping conduct
one of golf's premier championships,
or secure tickets to experience
the excitement in person.
Be Part of the Championship — Volunteer!
The United States Golf Association (USGA)
is assembling a team of approximately
2,000 volunteers
to help conduct the championship.
Volunteers are essential to the success
of a national championship, supporting
a wide range of activities including
fan services, scoring services,
hospitality, and on-course operations.
With 14 volunteer committees, there are
opportunities to contribute in a variety
of meaningful ways. Assignments and
eligibility requirements vary by committee.
For many volunteers, the experience extends
well beyond their assigned responsibilities.
It's an opportunity to meet fellow golf
enthusiasts, contribute to the game,
and see firsthand what goes into
conducting a USGA national championship.
Volunteers should review the official
registration information for available
assignments, age requirements, time
commitments, and any applicable fees.
