Will Ware is dedicated to expanding access to golf for individuals who might not otherwise be exposed to the game. As Game Development Leader for Miami Valley Golf, he plays a vital role in growing participation and making golf more inclusive through education, outreach, and innovative programming.

Will's passion for introducing new players to the sport began early in his career while working at Madden Golf Course, where he saw firsthand how golf can serve as a bridge for personal and professional development. At the time, he was also building a successful career in banking with PNC Bank, but his desire to create more opportunities in the game led him to pursue a new path in golf leadership.

Determined to make a lasting impact, Will took the initiative to revive the long-dormant golf program at Wilberforce University, creating new opportunities for student-athletes to compete at the collegiate level while pursuing their degrees. His dedication to developing young players and fostering diversity in the sport continues at Central State University, where he successfully launched their collegiate golf program, further expanding pathways for students to engage with and grow in the game.

Will is also actively working toward his PGA Membership through the PGA Associates Program, completing the necessary requirements to become a Class A PGA Professional. His dedication to learning, coaching, and mentorship is reflected in his leadership of Golf My Future My Game, an initiative aimed at breaking down barriers and introducing the game to underserved communities.

Looking ahead, Will will be instrumental in the operation of Golf Next Studio, a cutting-edge golf development facility set to open at the Premier Health YMCA. This space will serve as a hub for instruction, player development, and community engagement, aligning with his mission to make golf more accessible to all.

Through his leadership, Will continues to redefine what’s possible in golf, ensuring that the game reaches new audiences and provides opportunities for players of all backgrounds.
